2. Non-Refundable Services

All payments made for visa processing and administrative services are generally non-refundable, including but not limited to the following situations:

  1. Application submission fees.
  2. Processing fees (standard or expedited services).
  3. Cases where the Uzbekistan government rejects the visa application.
  4. Applications containing incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the applicant.
  5. Applicants whose nationality or passport is not eligible for an Uzbekistan e-Visa under current government regulations.
  6. Applicants whose nationality is visa-exempt or does not require a visa under Uzbekistan immigration rules.
  7. Applications that have already been reviewed, prepared, or processed by our team.

Our services include eligibility verification and application review. These services are considered completed processing services and are therefore non-refundable once processing begins.


3. Partial Refund Policy

If an application has been reviewed or prepared by our team but has not yet been submitted to the Uzbekistan government system, a partial refund of up to 50% may be issued to cover administrative and processing costs.

This policy reflects the work already performed by our team, including eligibility verification and application preparation.


4. No Refund After Government Submission

Once your visa application has been submitted to the Uzbekistan government system, the service is considered fully rendered and no refunds will be issued.

Government processing fees and service fees cannot be cancelled or refunded after submission.


5. Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments due to a technical or system error.
  • Payment made but no processing or review has begun.
  • Service failure due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect processing).

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
